Where it began

On September 4, 1988, Mr. K. Koilraj and Mrs. Jeevarani opened a small workshop in Nalukody, Kerala. They had a few welding sets, a hand-press, and a belief that families and small businesses across central Kerala deserved steel furniture that was as well-made as the imported kind - at a fraction of the price.

Thirty-eight years later, we still run that same workshop, now based in Perumthuruthy, Thiruvalla. The welding sets are bigger and the press is hydraulic, but the family is the same and so is the standard.

Today

Two factories. One family. One standard.

Thiruvalla Facility (1988)

Our original workshop, now relocated to 14/29-A, Nalukody, Perumthuruthy, Thiruvalla. This is where we make our bedroom range - the Raja Rani, the 2-door and 3-door wardrobes, and the cots. The team here has been with us, on average, for over 18 years.

Our second facility, opened in Pathanamthitta district, focuses on the office range - filing cabinets, executive tables and library almirahs. It runs as a sister company under the same family.

What we make

Almirahs, cabinets, cots, racks and tables - for homes, offices, hostels, hospitals, schools, libraries and shops across Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha and beyond.

How we make it

Every piece starts as a roll of CRCA cold-rolled steel sheet. We cut, press and weld in-house, then powder-coat in our own booth and assemble by hand. No outsourced sub-assemblies, no surprises in the box.

Why factory-direct

By selling direct from our Kottayam factory, we cut out the layers of distributors and showrooms that add 30-40% to the price of comparable furniture. You get the same piece, with our 5-year warranty, for less.
